Looking for more ways to bring in new business? Optima Health has an exciting new opportunity called “Premium Pass” which gives new small groups one month of ZERO premiums!
Who is Eligible?
- Only NEW Optima Health small group clients with effective dates of August 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012 are eligible to participate. This does not include current or reinstated groups.
- Clients must have 2 to 14 eligible employees. Clients with 15 employees or more are NOT eligible.
- The program applies to all commercial group products.
How Does it Work?
- Groups with 2-14 eligible employees who are new to Optima Health will receive their third month’s premium for free – it’s that simple!
- Optima Health demonstrates our committment to the health and wellness of our members by providing free promotional worksite materials to each program participant. We also make it easy for employers to encourage employee health and wellness by offering our Healthy at Work online tools. * The credited amount of the 3rd month premium will be based on the 2nd month’s billed premium. Optima Health maintains the exclusive right and responsibility to evaluate and qualify each employer group for the premium pass. Agent’s compensation for the the 3rd month will be based
on the 2nd month’s billed premium.
