A new feature on the optimahealth.com website will now make it easier for employers to obtain temporary member ID cards for their employees.

Beginning Thursday, May 26, employers may print-on-demand member ID cards for those employees who need a temporary card while waiting for their permanent one to arrive by mail. This new option is an enhancement to the existing system and can be used in conjunction with the online ordering feature for permanent cards.

Employers may sign-in to the employer portal on the optimahealth.com website, click on the "Request Card" link on the left menu bar, and perform a subscriber search to print the card.
