Effective July 1, Optima Health is offering Phase II of our Healthy At Work pilot program.
We believe in the power of employee engagement and wellness services to improve health and help manage costs. We challenge new-business clients with 15 to 99 eligible employees to get more than 50 percent of their enrolled employees to complete an online Personal Health Assessment (PHA) within 60 days of their effective date. If successful, they will receive a 10 percent decrease in their rates for the remaining nine months of the contract term.
Groups who choose to take the challenge must inform their broker or Optima Health representative to ensure accurate tracking on their progress in a timely manner. The initial effective dates are July 1, 2011 to January 31, 2012.
