We are pleased to announce a new feature that will be available to all brokers, which was developed in response to your feedback.
Beginning next month, you will have the option to receive payments by electronic funds transfer (EFT) and view remits securely through our website. We originally announced this new feature during the quarterly broker meetings this past month to an overwhelming response.
Signing up is easy. Go to Electronic Payment Form to download the ELECTRONIC PAYMENT/REMITTANCE ENROLLMENT FORM to download the online-fillable form. Follow the instructions and mail the completed form to the address listed. Once the request is processed (usually 3-5 business days), the broker will receive an email to confirm his or her personal information. You will receive an email every time Optima Health transfers funds into your designated account.
Brokers who participate in this program may sign-in to our website to access their remits, which will be available online for 90 days. An easy-to-follow online tutorial can be found here: Broker EFT Tutorial.
