As you may know, beginning July 1, Choice Care Card will be renamed Choice Strategies. Since 2009, Choice Care Card has been our administrative partner with the Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) component of our Optima Design plans. As our broker partner, we wanted to make sure that you are aware of this change. We will be informing Optima Design members of this change over the next several weeks.
The use of the new logo on the debit card and marketing materials will occur over the next few months. Members with an existing HRA debit card will not receive a new debit card with the updated Choice Strategies logo until after the current card expires. In addition, it is not necessary for members to recreate their online account. All changes will be automatic by the effective date of the name change and members will experience no disruption in service.
