New Electronic Options Available for Enrollment Materials
We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efficiency and provide better service to not just our members, our employers, our providers, but also to you. We are now able to provide you with .pdf versions of enrollment materials for your new and renewing groups, within 24 hours of the order being submitted by the Optima Health sales team.
As you know printed materials take time and are expensive to produce. This electronic option will enable you to get the information that you need to your clients and members more quickly and efficiently. In less frequent cases where you need printed copies, we will still be able to provide those within five (5) business days. If you need printed materials please be sure to allow time for printing.
